That looks more like a camber issue.

Dismount the tire, turn it around and remount. Even out the wear.

Hah, i remember trying to loosen the steering rod ends on friend’s Saxo, even with a long tube over the wrench it still didn’t budge and we both agreed that it’s probably fine...
